Job summary

AlixPartners is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to work with the Middle East leadership to shape and deliver a commercially focused people strategy. The role combines performance, talent management, succession planning, leadership capability and workforce planning within a global matrix.

The position may be based in the UAE or KSA, with a hybrid work model and travel as needed. You will report to the EMEA Head of People and drive data-led insights across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, with strategic People/HRBP background.
• Experience in multinational, matrixed organisations; consulting/professional services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA employment law; DIFC knowledge advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Middle East leadership to shape people strategy.
• Lead performance, talent management, and succession planning.
• Drive organisational design and change management in the region.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the region.
• Provide coaching to leaders and deliver data-led insights.
• Oversee rewards decisions and benchmarking with global frameworks.
• Collaborate with global teams on compensation frameworks.
• Contribute to regional PBP initiatives and adoption of best practices.
