Job summary

AXIAN Group in Dubai is seeking an HR Business Partner to support implementation of the Cluster HR strategy across the Digibank and Fintech perimeter, acting as a key regional HR partner to translate priorities into practical actions across entities.

The role covers HR strategy implementation, talent acquisition and internal mobility, performance and talent development, analytics and reporting, and compensation and benefits, with a strong focus on cross-country collaboration and multilingual

Qualifications

Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Human Resources Management or an equivalent field.
At least 8 years of overall experience in HR.
Solid background in HR business partnering, talent management, and HR project deployment.
Experience in a regional, multicultural, or multi-country environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

HR Strategy Implementation: support the implementation of the 2030 HR roadmap and refine core HR processes.
Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility: support recruitment processes and drive mobility programs across the cluster.
Performance & Talent Development: roll out performance management frameworks and coordinate annual reviews.
Analysis & HR Reporting: build HR dashboards, produce monthly reporting, analyze metrics for actions.
Compensation & Benefits: implement competitive practices, support salary reviews, align grading, workforce planning.
