Qualifications

• 7 years’ generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law.
• Experience leading and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent the People function and advise leaders on all people related matters and drive strategic execution.
• Own the People strategy roadmap and translate business goals into People initiatives with dashboards and KPIs.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding experiences and maintain aligned employee lifecycle processes.
