Job summary

Emirates Global Aluminium seeks a Senior Manager - Business Partner (UAE Nationals only) to act as a trusted HC advisor and partner with leadership to develop human capital strategies across business functions. The role drives talent management, aligns people strategies with strategic objectives, and enhances organizational effectiveness.

The position focuses on strategic HC planning, employee relations, performance management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement to deliver value-added HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent university degree.
• 8 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing supervisory/managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Contribution: cascade functional strategy into department plans and implement KPIs across operations.
• People Management: lead staff performance, develop talent, and promote a culture aligned with values.
• Budgeting and Financial Planning: oversee department budget, control costs, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Business Partnering: conduct regular HC meetings, analyze trends, and advise on policy changes.
• Employee Relations: provide policy guidance and resolve ER issues with line managers.
• Performance Management: support area calibration and timely performance results submission.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: build relationships and communicate department objectives.
• Data Management & Reporting: ensure timely, accurate reports for Leaders and Board.
