Job summary

Finera is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for MENA & Africa to drive regional expansion, identify payment solutions, and secure strategic partnerships across the Gulf and African markets. You will coordinate with product, legal, and sales teams to bring new methods to production while navigating local payment ecosystems.

The role requires deep payments/domain knowledge, a strong deal-making track record, and the ability to build a cross-border partner network across high-growth

Qualifications

• Proven payments/fintech experience in PSP/acquirer environments.
• Background in business development and partnerships.
• Experience across MENA or African markets.
• Strong deal‑making track record for long‑term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure regional payment solutions across MENA & Africa.
• Expand regional payment coverage in line with the roadmap.
• Map local payment landscapes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations with PSPs, local acquirers, and payment providers.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Account Management.
