Job summary

Payfuture in Dubai seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across markets. You will be the face of Payfuture, operating in a lean, agile sales team as the first contact for potential merchants and partners.

You’ll identify opportunities, grow existing accounts, and develop new revenue streams with tailored fintech solutions. The role focuses on cross-border payments across SEA and North Africa, including India, Pakistan and Egypt, working with remittance providers,

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field.
2–5 years in payments, Fintech, e-commerce or Banking industries.
Proven track record prospecting new clients and growing a pipeline.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with key enterprise clients and close deals with strategically important merchants.
Drive client acquisition, revenue growth and retention in a fast-paced, dynamic scale-up environment.
Build relationships with new merchants, positioning Payfuture as a trusted partner in payments.
Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities to deliver additional value and increase revenue.
Own the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation of terms and handover to Account Management.
Support Head of Sales in closing major deals and forming partnerships with payment gateways and e-commerce platforms.
Attend meetings with prospective clients and partners, and represent Payfuture at trade events.
Analyse data trends to develop strategic sales plans and KPIs for portfolio growth.
