Job summary

ByteDance is hiring a Middle East, Turkey & Africa focused BD manager for the Global Payment Network. You will drive regional growth and partnerships across META markets, including UAE, KSA, Turkey and other GCC countries, aligning with global strategy.

You will lead regional channel partnerships, develop payment strategies, and coordinate with HQ on commercial, product and risk initiatives to support scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payments/fintech or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of payments, e-money or wallet products and merchant processing.
• Balanced mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for channel partnerships in the META region.
• Develop regional payment strategies for growth, cost control and risk.
