Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Pastry Chef - Lebanese to join our culinary team. You will oversee the Lebanese pastry kitchen, develop menus, and ensure pastry quality and presentation.

Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years in a 5-star kitchen, strong leadership and cost-control skills, and the ability to train staff while maintaining HACCP standards. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.

• Pastry knowledge with cost control and pricing of ingredients and supplies.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to motivate and guide team to high performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee inventory, staff schedules, and daily kitchen operations.
• High attention to detail to ensure food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and HACCP compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the Lebanese Pastry kitchen to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to culinary standards.
• Monitor resource consumption and optimize use of equipment, ingredients, and inventory.
• Develop weekly set menus, monthly promotions, and seasonal offerings with Executive Chef.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and support the kitchen team to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in HACCP compliance.
• Deliver high-quality pastries consistently and address guest requests promptly to enhance dining experience.
• Uphold health and safety practices and carry out additional duties as assigned by Senior Pastry Chef or Executive Chef.
