Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced IndoPersian Pastry Chef to lead the pastry kitchen in a luxury 5-star setting. The role requires strong pastry expertise, leadership, and a track record in cost control and menu development.

You will manage daily operations, develop menus, and ensure top-quality pastries while upholding HACCP standards and guest satisfaction. This role offers competitive AED compensation and benefits in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in a 5-star kitchen, with strong pastry leadership.
• Strong pastry knowledge, cost control, and pricing skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead kitchen teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee IndoPersian pastry kitchen daily operations.
• Monitor resource use and optimize equipment and ingredients.
• Develop weekly menus, monthly promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure dishes meet recipes, quality, and presentation standards.
• Lead and coach kitchen staff to maintain high performance.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness per HACCP, health, and safety regs.
• Deliver high-quality pastries and address guest feedback.
• Uphold health and safety practices; support Senior/Executive Chef.
