Job summary

Siemens Software is seeking a Senior Partner Management Executive for Mendix Data & AI to scale the partner ecosystem across the Middle East. You will drive partner-led growth, recruit strategic partners, and coordinate joint GTM plans with executive engagement to accelerate AI, data analytics, and low-code adoption.

The role requires extensive partner management experience, SaaS understanding, and the ability to manage complex commercial contracts with regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, Alliance Management, or Ecosystem Development.
• Proven success growing indirect software revenue.
• Experience building partner businesses around enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue business models.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong commercial and business planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Middle East partner strategy for Mendix Data & AI.
• Drive partner-led pipeline, ARR growth, and new business acquisition.
• Expand partner coverage and recruit strategic partners in priority markets.
• Build partner capabilities around Low-Code, AI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation.
• Support partners in developing dedicated practices and service offerings.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to track progress with partners.
• Build joint business plans and GTM initiatives with strategic partners.
• Identify opportunities for AI, analytics, and low-code adoption across regional industries.
• Coordinate enablement programs between partners and Siemens specialists.
