Job summary

Reach Group is seeking a Mendix Support Engineer in the UAE to ensure stability, performance, and security of enterprise Mendix applications. You will support development, testing, and production environments, investigate incidents, and implement preventive measures.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, deployment management, and collaboration with developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams in an Agile setting. Onsite work in the UAE is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on IT or application support experience.
• Mendix Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory.
• Experience supporting Mendix in enterprise environments and release management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 Mendix support for incidents and deployment issues.
• Troubleshoot integrations, performance, and deployment problems using logs and diagnostics.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Manage deployments, code migrations, and environment synchronization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain runbooks and docs.
