Job summary

Platinumlist.net is seeking a hands-on Paid Performance Specialist in Dubai to plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. You will manage multi-market budgets, run structured A/B tests, and maintain advanced tracking to drive ticket sales across our GCC footprint.

You’ll work closely with CRM/product teams, use AI to accelerate tasks, and ensure data integrity while tailoring Arabic and English ad copy for best performance. GCC-hour availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience managing paid performance campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven track record managing live budgets and hitting ROAS/CPA targets with examples.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking setup and attribution basics.
• Comfortable in spreadsheets: pivot tables, lookups, building performance models.
• Analytical mindset – able to distinguish a real signal from statistical noise.
• Active, everyday use of AI tools in your actual work for copy, research, analysis and automation.
• Fluent Arabic, both reading and writing; professional English, written and spoken.
• Reliable home working setup and able to work GCC hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Manage monthly budgets across events, markets and product categories; reallocate spend based on performance.
• Run structured A/B tests on audiences, placements, bidding strategies and creative.
• Maintain audience segments: custom audiences, lookalikes, remarketing pools, customer match lists.
• Own channel-level ROAS, CPA and conversion targets; flag risk early.
• Collaborate with CRM and product teams to optimise the funnel from impression to checkout.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 events.
• Produce weekly performance reports with clear commentary and dashboards.
