Kraken Pro's onboarding team is seeking a product leader to own the end-to-end onboarding experience, guiding users from first landing through to their first trade. You will partner with Design, Data, Engineering and Marketing to identify friction and drive activation at scale.

With 4+ years in product management, you’ll combine sharp UX instincts with data fluency, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and apply AI tools to tailor the onboarding path for crypto traders.

Competenze

• 4+ years of product management experience focusing on onboarding, activation, or growth-oriented UX.
• Strong sense for user experience, able to spot friction and build trust.
• Fluent data fluency: define success metrics, analyze funnels, translate findings into actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align stakeholders with clear narratives and numbers.
• Customer-first mindset with curiosity about user needs and trading motivation.
• Proficient with AI tools to analyze data and personalize onboarding paths.
