Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own customer onboarding across the Crypto.com App and adjacent surfaces. You will shape the onboarding journey from identity verification to activation and trading, balancing conversion, risk, and regulatory obligations.

You’ll lead cross-functional work with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Trading, taking two charters in stride and growing the scope to include trading product work within six months.

Qualifications

• Own onboarding and growth together with measurable activation metrics.
• Ship regulated onboarding changes (KYC, country rules) affecting funnel.
• Extend onboarding to multiple products/markets while preserving journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding roadmap for account opening, identity verification, and KYC.
• Turn onboarding into a growth engine with activation and referrals.
• Identify funnel drop-offs, size opportunities, and ship interventions.
• Extend onboarding capabilities across products and platforms.
• Own trading-related onboarding work and align with Trading team.
