Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Construction Engineer to provide construction support across the project life cycle, ensuring work complies with client specs and is fit for purpose. You will coordinate with the client to resolve constructability questions and assist Project Engineers in understanding construction processes.

The role requires ADNOC project experience, offshore exposure, and strong HSSE leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with 15+ years of Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
Minimum 5 years in GCC region preferred in a similar position.
At least 3 years of experience in international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
ADNOC project experience is required.
Offshore experience is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal, team engagement and influence abilities.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide construction support ensuring work follows client fabrication and installation specifications.
Coordinate with client to ensure methods are fit for purpose and understood.
Support Project Engineers in understanding construction processes across all project life-cycle phases.
Chair constructability reviews and liaise with client on fabrication and construction queries.
Ensure HSSE plan adherence and promote construction involvement in design and workpack planning.
Develop and maintain relationships with client teams and suppliers; drive productivity initiatives.
