Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Senior IC to coordinate complex projects, bridging engineering and management teams. The role focuses on ensuring plans, schedules and budgets align with Worley policies and client expectations.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage project risk, and drive performance through clear communications and robust governance. This position emphasizes safety, quality and sustainable delivery of projects.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent in engineering or equivalent experience with professional registration in local jurisdiction.
Professional registration in local jurisdiction; Certified Project Management Professional by a globally recognized organization.
EPCM/EPC including site assignments; multicultural/multinational environments.
Advanced understanding Worley Management and Knowledge Systems processes and tools.
Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project plans, contractual arrangements, schedules, activities and milestones.
Bridge the technical gap between Project Manager and Engineers; assist as needed.
Review bill of materials, project schedules, forecasts for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with Worley methodologies and customer Basis of Design.
Oversee multi-discipline, multi-location project teams and assignments.
