Job summary

Worley is seeking a Specialist Structural Engineer to provide expert Civil/Structural support for ADNOC Offshore projects through FEED, EPC, fabrication, construction, installation and commissioning. You will review deliverables, ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes, and mentor junior engineers.

The role requires extensive offshore experience, PMC exposure, and the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines on mega projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 15+ years Oil & Gas/Petrochemical experience.
At least 5 years in a similar mega offshore project role.
ADNOC & Offshore project experience required.
PMC experience preferred.
Experience in FEED and EPC phases of large offshore projects.
ADNOC Offshore PMC project experience required.
5+ years GCC project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide specialist Civil and Structural engineering support across FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning.
Review and approve EPC contractor civil and structural deliverables including calculations, drawings, specs, requisitions, and reports.
Review structural analysis and design for jackets, topsides, decks, modules, foundations and supports offshore.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specs, international codes, and HSE requirements.
Participate in design reviews, HAZID/HAZOP, constructability reviews, model reviews and technical workshops.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, etc.).
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within Civil/Structural discipline.
