Job summary

Worley in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Lead Construction Engineer to oversee construction support, ensuring work aligns with client specifications across fabrication and installation lifecycle. You will coordinate with the client, drive constructability and liaise with engineers to optimise execution.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to HSSE, and experience on major oil and gas projects, including offshore or PMC exposure in the GCC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical.
• At least 5 years in a senior role on major O&G projects with team leadership.
• ADNOC, offshore project experience or PMC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with HSSE plan and standards.
• Lead construction across design, fabrication and install workpacks.
• Coordinate with client on methods and scope for fit-for-purpose delivery.
• Chair constructability reviews with client input.
• Liaise with project engineers and other disciplines to resolve issues.
• Ensure timely IFC construction comments and follow-up actions.
