Job summary

Worley seeks a Specialist Structural Engineer for ADNOC Offshore projects in Abu Dhabi. You will provide specialist civil/structural support across FEED, EPC, fabrication, construction, installation and commissioning phases, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes.

You will mentor junior engineers, review EPC deliverables, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and support technical risk management to deliver safe, cost-efficient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; or 15+ years Oil & Gas/Petrochemical experience.
• At least 5 years in a similar position on mega offshore projects.
• ADNOC Offshore experience required.
• FEED and EPC experience on large offshore projects preferred.
• 5+ years GCC project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist Civil and Structural engineering support across FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning phases.
• Review and approve EPC deliverables, including calculations, drawings, specifications, material requisitions, and technical reports.
• Review structural analysis and design for offshore facilities (jackets, topsides, decks, bridges, modules, foundations).
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specs, international codes, and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
