Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior HSE leader to champion health, safety and environmental performance on a major Abu Dhabi project. You will lead a team of HSE professionals, ensure compliance with FEED/EPC phase requirements, and implement site HSSE plans to protect personnel and assets.

You will collaborate with Owner and Contractors, conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and develop emergency response procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• At least 5 years in a similar position on mega projects.
• ADNOC project experience required.
• Offshore project experience required.
• PMC experience required.
• Experience in FEED & EPC phases required.

Responsibilities

• Champion HSSE culture and lead HSSEQ teams.
• Ensure project HSSE plans and procedures are implemented.
• Monitor HSSEQ performance and report trends to Owner.
• Lead incident investigations and apply root cause analysis.
• Coordinate HSSE input during EPC phase with design and construction.
• Ensure design HSSE management meets regulatory and Owner standards.
