Job summary

Uplift People Consulting is seeking a proactive Sales Manager for its Dubai-based operations in the mobile ad tech space. You will own the end-to-end sales process, forging strong relationships with brands and agencies to drive revenue growth and adoption of programmatic solutions.

Key duties include educating clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a robust pipeline. Travel to industry events is expected to generate opportunities and nurture networks.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling media and mobile in-app ads.
• Robust network of UA managers or similar buyers.
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, and in-app formats.
• Proven success closing new business with brands and agencies.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands and agencies in mobile ad tech.
• Educate clients on programmatic solutions and optimize ad performance.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, ad ops, and customer success.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets with high-value deals.
