Uplift seeks a results-driven Sales Manager in Dubai to lead the end-to-end sales cycle for mobile in-app advertising solutions. You will prospect, pitch, close, and grow strategic accounts with brands and agencies, building trusted partnerships across the region.

In this role you’ll educate clients on programmatic capabilities, collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams, maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, and travel to industry events to nurture relationships and close

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling media and performance-based mobile in-app advertising solutions.
• Strong network of buyer contacts, including UA managers.
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, and in-app advertising.
• Proven success closing deals with brands and agencies to drive revenue.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to craft data-driven solutions.

Responsabilités

• Own the sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing and growing strategic accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with brands and agencies in mobile ad tech.
• Educate clients on programmatic solutions, helping them optimize advertising performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, ad operations and customer success teams.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets by structuring and closing high-value deals.
• Stay up to date with trends in mobile advertising, ad tech, and programmatic buying.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasts, and sales reporting in CRM.
• Travel to attend industry events, generating new leads and nurturing contacts.
• Host sales-led lunches, dinners, happy hours and other forms of entertainment for clients and prospects.
