Job summary

DeviceBoost in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Sales Manager to grow Apple Ads and OEM mobile advertising revenue. You will develop new business, nurture advertiser relationships and drive spend across premium mobile ecosystems in UAE.

You will own the full sales cycle, craft proposals and media plans, and collaborate with product and operations teams to optimize pricing, targeting and performance while hitting monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mobile digital advertising, media sales or performance marketing.
• Existing relationships with UAE advertisers or media agencies is a plus.
• Strong sales, presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Exposure to Apple Ads, OEM advertising or mobile ad tech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive DeviceBoost's Apple Ads and OEM advertising revenue in the UAE.
• Build and manage relationships with advertisers, agencies, app developers and performance marketing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities across mobile-first sectors (e-commerce, fintech, gaming, delivery, travel, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential advertisers.
• Translate client objectives into relevant Apple Ads and OEM advertising solutions.
• Prepare proposals and media plans based on client objectives, audiences, KPIs and inventory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams on campaign planning, pricing and performance.
• Educate advertisers on Apple Ads and OEM opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts and revenue reporting while meeting targets.
