Job summary

Affle is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling our AdTech solutions directly to brands and enterprise clients from Dubai.

You will build relationships with CMOs and brand marketers, understand their goals, and position our platform to optimize digital ad spend and strategy. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from discovery to contract, and maintain a healthy CRM pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years selling AdTech/MarTech to brands.
• Strong network of brand marketers and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Brand Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and close new business directly with mid-market and enterprise brands.
• Consultative Selling: Understand client marketing goals and position AdTech solutions to meet their challenges.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate partnerships with internal marketing teams to ensure retention and growth.
• Pipeline Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract, maintaining a healthy CRM pipeline.
