Job summary

Netwrix Corporation is seeking an elite Account Executive to own and dominate a defined Middle East territory, with primary focus on the UAE and GCC. This hunter role targets complex, high-value cybersecurity software deals and requires full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle on deals above $1M.

Candidates must be based in Dubai/UAE, eligible to work in the region, and possess a proven record of closing enterprise deals and exceeding quota in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• Based in Dubai / UAE with full eligibility to work in the region.
• 10–12 years of enterprise software sales experience working directly for a software vendor (cybersecurity, IT security, or enterprise software).
• Demonstrated record of overachieving individual contributor quotas in the $2M–$5M+ range, with specific examples.
• Experience closing enterprise deals above $1M ARR and negotiating complex contracts.
• Strong network across MEA enterprise IT and cybersecurity ecosystem including distributors, VARs, MSSPs, and system integrators.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a UAE/GCC territory plan and build a robust pipeline with direct and partner-led motions.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to contract and renewal.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success to win and renew large deals.
• Engage CISOs, CIOs, and senior stakeholders with clear value articulation and negotiation excellence.
