Job summary

ADSS is seeking a Senior Associate – Martech & AI Enablement in Abu Dhabi to own and evolve the marketing technology, measurement, tracking, automation, and AI enablement ecosystem supporting customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and commercial decision-making.

The role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, technology, analytics, and operations, ensuring platforms are integrated, governed, measured, and used effectively across the full customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in martech, marketing operations, CRM, growth marketing, analytics, or digital ops.
• Regulated environment campaign governance, consent, data governance, and controls.
• Hands-on with CRM and lifecycle platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Braze, SFMC, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo).
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Adobe Analytics, dashboards, MMM, MTA, and funnel analytics.
• Experience with mobile attribution and app analytics (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
• Familiarity with CRO/experimentation tools (Optimizely, VWO, Contentsquare).
• Ownership of tagging and tracking governance (GTM, Tealium, UTM, event QA).
• SQL basics, data mapping, audience creation, and warehouse/BI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the marketing technology stack across acquisition, CRM, analytics, attribution, CRO, and reporting.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimise platforms, integrations, workflows, and governance processes.
• Lead vendor onboarding, usage reviews, documentation, and cost optimisation.
• Optimize lifecycle journeys from acquisition to retention, including triggers and QA.
• Own tracking governance: GTM, event taxonomy, conversion tracking, pixels, and QA.
• Develop measurement roadmaps and dashboards tying media, acquisition, retention, and revenue.
