Job summary

Discovered MENA is seeking a Marketing AI & Analytics Lead in Dubai to own the marketing data and analytics ecosystem, linking performance to commercial outcomes.

You will embed AI, automation, and agentic workflows into marketing operations, working with Growth, Product, Customer, and Tech to improve attribution and funnel visibility.

This role offers the chance to shape data infrastructure and automation capabilities that drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing analytics or BI.
• Proven track record delivering AI-enabled marketing workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with attribution modelling and funnel analysis.
• Excellent communication of complex data to commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage multi-channel marketing data frameworks across web and mobile.
• Establish a single source of truth for marketing performance.
• Build dashboards for acquisition, retention, CPA, LTV, and funnel.
• Develop and optimise attribution models across channels.
• Ensure data quality, tagging, and measurement infrastructure.
• Automate recurring analytics and leadership reporting.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation in marketing.
• Build AI tools and agentic workflows to solve business problems.
• Partner with marketing teams to automate time-intensive processes.
• Develop reusable tools to reduce repetitive work.
• Translate datasets into actionable commercial recommendations.
