Job summary

Astra Tech in Dubai seeks a Senior Manager of Martech to own and evolve the growth marketing stack, including CRM and analytics. You will build predictive layers and live segments to guide campaigns and product offers, working hands-on to extend automation and AI-driven capabilities across channels.

Lead the instrumentation, data architecture, and tooling decisions, collaborating with marketing and growth teams to optimize spend and impact in a consumer-scale business.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in marketing technology, growth engineering or data science applied to marketing.
• Hands-on ownership of a major CRM & engagement platform (MoEngage, Braze, CleverTap, Iterable or equivalent).
• Proficient in mobile attribution and MMPs with instrumentation and deep linking.
• Working knowledge of CDP, identity resolution and event schema design.
• Strong SQL and Python, with experience building predictive models in a commercial setting.
• Fluency with AI coding and agent tooling to deliver working software.

Responsibilities

• Own health, configuration and roadmap of growth marketing stack including CRM and analytics tools.
• Instrument events and signals for growth across paid, owned and organic channels.
• Develop predictive models for propensity to transact, churn, next best product/offer, and optimization.
• Turn insights into live scores and segments for channels and surfaces.
• Create internal growth products and automations, including scoring pipelines and campaign tooling.
• Translate segments into live lifecycle journeys and cross-service orchestration.
• Evaluate martech/AI tooling with build vs buy analyses and proofs of concept.
• Raise practical AI capability of the growth/marketing team.
