Job summary

DISCOVERED is seeking a Marketing AI & Analytics Lead to own the marketing data ecosystem and drive AI-enabled automation across the function in Dubai. You will build capabilities that measure performance across the customer journey and link marketing investment to commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years' experience across marketing analytics or related discipline.
• Proven experience building practical AI tools or automated workflows delivering business value.
• Strong proficiency with reporting/visualisation platforms (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
• Advanced spreadsheet and data manipulation skills (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Understanding of mobile measurement partners, CRM platforms, and major advertising platforms.
• Hands-on experience with attribution modelling, funnel analysis and testing for incrementality.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Analytical and hands-on mindset to move from problem to solution.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage multi-channel marketing data frameworks across web and mobile applications.
• Establish a single source of truth for marketing performance across business units.
• Build dashboards covering acquisition, retention, CPA, LTV, conversion, and funnel performance.
• Develop and optimise attribution models across web and mobile channels.
• Ensure data quality, tagging, tracking, and measurement infrastructure remains accurate.
• Automate recurring analytics and leadership reporting to speed insights.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and agentic workflows in marketing operations.
• Build practical AI tools and automations that solve real business problems.
• Partner with marketing teams to turn time-intensive processes into automated workflows.
• Develop reusable tools and systems to reduce repetitive work and boost productivity.
• Translate performance trends into clear commercial recommendations.
