Job summary

Client of Discovered MENA is seeking a Marketing AI & Analytics Lead to join a Dubai-based technology platform. The role sits at the intersection of marketing analytics, business intelligence, automation and AI, building data infrastructure that powers performance and commercial outcomes.

You will embed AI-driven tools and agentic workflows into marketing operations, work with Growth, Product, Customer and Technology teams, and deliver tangible improvements in attribution, funnel visibility and

Qualifications

4 to 7 years experience in marketing analytics, BI or performance analytics.
Proven experience building AI tools or automated workflows delivering business value.
Strong reporting/visualisation skills (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
Advanced spreadsheet and data manipulation skills (pivot tables, complex formulas).
Understanding of mobile measurement, CRM platforms and major ad platforms.
Hands-on in attribution modelling, funnel analysis, and incrementality testing.

Responsibilities

Design and manage multi-channel marketing data frameworks across web and mobile.
Establish a single source of truth for marketing performance across units.
Build dashboards covering acquisition, retention, CPA, LTV and funnel performance.
Develop and optimise attribution models across channels.
Ensure data tagging, tracking and measurement infrastructure stays accurate.
Automate recurring analytics and leadership reporting to speed insights.
