Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Laravel/PHP developer.
• Train junior developers and mentor their progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, secure and functional web applications.
• Monitor industry developments and trends for new programs.
• Maintain and improve existing data structures.
• Analyze data and troubleshoot problems.
• Work with the product team on the product roadmap.

Skills

Designing persistence and caching models using SQL and NoSQL

Strong knowledge of PHP and design patterns

Strong knowledge in MongoDB

Understanding of RESTful JSON web API design principles

Experience using version control systems like Git

Experience in Scrum and Agile methodology

Documenting software solutions using diagrams and flowcharts

Multi-tasking and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain attention to detail
