Job summary

Black & Grey HR in the UAE is seeking a Key Accounts Manager for an automotive distributor. You will nurture major client relationships, drive sales growth, and support brand expansion across the UAE.

You will act as main contact for key accounts, develop account strategies, negotiate contracts, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with sales, marketing, product and logistics to tailor solutions for clients. The role requires a business degree, extensive account management or sales experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Administration/Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 35 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within automotive.
• Strong understanding of automotive products, technology and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results on time.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Analytical, strategic and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key automotive clients to drive growth.
• Act as the main contact for major accounts and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales targets.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Negotiate contracts ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor account performance, analyze KPIs and prepare sales reports.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and logistics to tailor solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and opportunities in the automotive sector.
