Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive products, technology, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Act as the main point of contact for major accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development within existing accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor account performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare periodic sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams - sales, marketing, product, and logistics to deliver tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the automotive sector.
