Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya in Abu Dhabi urgently seeks an experienced IT Technical Support Engineer to deliver end-to-end support for hardware, software, networking, and business applications. You will install, configure, and maintain systems, manage email domains, and ensure reliable IT operations for the company.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience, a degree in IT, and strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of IT technical support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of email domain configuration (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM).
• Experience with networking (TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and IT systems.
• Configure and manage email domains, email accounts, and related services.
• Handle system integration and troubleshoot connectivity issues between business applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and business tools.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and peripheral device issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime and security.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Support users by resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers when required.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and technical records.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
