Job summary
Buro Happold Limited is seeking a Senior IT Support Officer in Dubai to deliver and manage end-user computing, device deployment, and office IT support across the region. You will handle incidents, implement technical improvements, and contribute to security and compliance while working in a dynamic, global engineering consultancy.
You will support regional offices, participate in global IT projects, and help maintain a reliable IT environment with strong customer service and collaboration
Qualifications
- Degree in IT or CS required.
- Minimum 10 years' IT support/infra experience in a professional services or multinational setting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS and Azure AD/Entra ID expected.
- Strong IT service management and ticketing proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class IT support to employees in Dubai and across the Middle East.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues.
- Manage incidents through ITSM platforms and meet service levels.
- Escalate complex issues to Global IT teams and vendors as needed.
- Support end-user devices, collaboration tech and peripherals.
- Assist with office moves, tech refreshes and meeting room tech.
- Contribute to IT security compliance and audits.
