Job summary

Qualifications

• Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment.

• Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT assets.
• Document incidents and inventory records.
