Job summary

BID Operations is seeking an IT Operations Technician to join our Dubai office to provide day-to-day technical support for employees, resolve hardware and software issues, manage tickets, and assist with onboarding and access management. The role suits an IT professional with 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

2-3 years IT support, service desk or desktop support experience.
Experience handling ITSM tickets and SLA understanding.
Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, VPN, printers, and endpoint troubleshooting.
Basic exposure to MDM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review, update, and prioritize assigned tickets and follow up.
Resolve incident tickets covering hardware, software, network, email, and access issues.
Handle service requests: user account setup, password resets, software installs, device prep, access requests.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions with details.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
