Qualifications

• 5+ years of UAE IT Sales experience (Manager / Senior Executive level).
• Proven experience in managing IT sales team and achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of AI, Cyber Security, Networking and Cloud solutions.
• Proven B2B sales, key account management and deal-closing track record.
• Established UAE corporate client network - Highly Preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license - Advantage.
• IT / Computer Science / Engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor the IT sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Drive B2B sales strategy and generate new business across UAE.
• Sell AI, Cyber Security, Networking and Cloud solutions to corporate clients.
• Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with enterprise, SMB and government clients.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct high-level client meetings, presentations and solution demos.
• Develop sales pipeline, forecasts and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, technical and marketing teams for deal execution.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand client base.
