Job summary

Raqmiyat L.L.C. seeks an IT Support professional to provide desktop and VIP IT support for senior executives in Abu Dhabi. You will troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, software, and networks while supporting Windows OS, Office 365, Outlook, and Teams.

• Experience in IT Support or End User Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to interact confidently with senior management.
• Ability to handle confidential information and urgent IT issues.
• Must be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in Abu Dhabi.
