Job summary

Raqmiyat L.L.C. seeks an IT Support professional to provide desktop and VIP IT support for senior executives in Abu Dhabi. You will troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, software, and networks while supporting Windows OS, Office 365, Outlook, and Teams.

Qualifications

Experience in IT Support or End User Support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, hardware, software, and basic networking.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and ability to interact confidently with senior management.
Ability to handle confidential information and urgent IT issues.
Must be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

Provide IT and desktop support to senior executives, VIP users, and top management.
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, software, hardware, and network issues.
Support Windows OS, MS Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other IT applications.
Handle IT incidents, service requests, installations, and configurations.
Provide onsite and remote technical support with minimal downtime.
Coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
