Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established private investment group in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to hire an experienced Executive Technology Services Specialist. The successful candidate will provide dedicated, discreet, and proactive technology support to senior executives, ensuring their devices, applications, connectivity, meetings, and collaboration tools remain secure, reliable, and ready for use.

This is a high-trust role requiring strong technical expertise, independent troubleshooting,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in executive technology support or digital workplace services.
• Experience supporting senior executives or high-priority users.
• Fluent in English; native Arabic a plus.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technology contact for executive offices and leadership.
• Own end-to-end resolution of executive tech issues with minimal disruption.
• Configure and troubleshoot laptops, tablets, smartphones, and peripherals.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android environments.
• Provide Microsoft 365 assistance (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Maintain device readiness, updates, backups, encryption, and recovery.
• Apply security controls and least-privilege access; escalate incidents.
• Document configurations and support arrangements accurately.
