Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a senior IT Support specialist to deliver hands-on end-user computing support for Windows/macOS, Outlook/O365, Intune/ABM and AD. You will mentor junior staff and manage devices such as laptops, desktops, printers and iOS, while supporting meeting-room tech and coordinating with vendors.

A UAE driving license is preferred as site visits and event support may be required. The role is on-site in Dubai with opportunities to lead IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 4–7 years hands-on IT/Desktop Support experience.
• Experience with Windows/macOS, Outlook/O365, Intune/ABM, JAMF, and AD.
