Job summary

Thales Aviation Global Services (AGS) seeks a Senior Regional Sales Manager for the MEA region, based in Dubai. You will lead the region's most complex, high-value captures, typically exceeding €50M, from early positioning through to negotiation and contract close, engaging with airline executives up to C-level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• 10+ years in sales/commercial roles in aviation (Avionics/IFE).
• Proven track record leading captures across the region.
• Fluent English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads capture strategy and execution on complex, high-value opportunities (typically > €50M).
• Engages customer stakeholders up to C-level and tailors the value proposition.
• Leads negotiations and drives captures to closure with strong influencing skills.
• Organises bid teams and coordinates central/remote stakeholders across time zones.
• Represents AGS in industry events and customer reviews.
