Job summary

Binance VIP & Institutional is seeking a seasoned sales professional to acquire and grow a portfolio of global institutional and VIP clients. You will expand existing relationships, develop client service processes, and analyze user behavior to deliver product feedback and strategic insights across a remote-first global team.

The role requires 3–10 years in sales with international finance exposure, strong communication, and fluency in English and Arabic. Travel to bespoke events may be involved.

Qualifications

• All candidates must have sales experience with clear KPI targets and a proven track record.
• Experience using a CRM tool is required.
• Ability to work autonomously within a sales team and coordinate with regional teams; experience hosting events to acquire customers.
• 3–10 years of sales and client services experience with an international financial background (banking, investments, FX).
• Proven ability to handle institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop traders, private banks and brokers.
• Strong communication, adaptability under pressure, and excellent relationship management.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop trust with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP).
• Expand relationships through sustained communication and understanding client needs.
• Build key customer service processes and systems, and track key customer status.
• Analyze user behavior, identify needs, write key reports, and coordinate with departments to provide optimal solutions and product feedback.
