Job summary

BitOasis is seeking a highly driven Institutional OTC Sales Professional focused on front-line revenue generation and new business origination. Our OTC desk provides premium, high-touch execution services for institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals requiring deep liquidity and flexible settlement for large block trades.

In this role, you will source, pitch, and onboard institutional clients, working with our trading desk to facilitate large-ticket digital asset transactions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a highly transferable and active network of institutional crypto market participants.
• 3–5+ years in institutional sales, OTC trading, or institutional brokerage.
• Minimum 2 years selling crypto/digital asset OTC execution services.
• Metrics-driven sell-side origination and revenue achievement.
• Deep understanding of crypto market microstructure and liquidity.
• Exceptional pitching, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication; UAE regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Source, pitch, and onboard institutional clients for off-order-book crypto trades.
• Develop pipeline and close new institutional relationships.
• Facilitate large block trades with the internal trading desk and RFQ lifecycle.
• Guide KYB and AML onboarding to accelerate sales cycles.
• Manage client relationships and liquidity needs, settlements preferences.
• Provide market color and liquidity insights to clients for decision making.
• Identify opportunities to expand platform services for clients.
