You will work with trading, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth executions, monitor market trends, and identify new business opportunities while supporting senior management with insights and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of OTC trading, sales trading or institutional sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of crypto markets and blockchain tech.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute OTC cryptocurrency trades for institutional and high-net-worth clients with accuracy and speed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to assess trading needs.
• Collaborate with trading desk, risk management and compliance for compliant execution.
• Monitor market trends, liquidity and pricing to offer competitive opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the OTC trading desk.
