Role requires deep knowledge of crypto markets, strong client service, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements across the MENA region. Remote-first arrangement applies with potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in OTC trading, sales trading, or institutional sales.
• Experience in the MENA region is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute OTC cryptocurrency trades for institutional and HNWI clients with accuracy and speed.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with trading, risk, and compliance teams for compliant execution.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to offer competitive opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to desk growth.
• Prepare regular reports on trading activity and market insights.
