Job summary

Ripple is expanding its OTC liquidity business and hiring a Sales Director for the Middle East. This high-ownership, quota-carrying role requires an existing institutional network and the ability to close OTC deals across spot, derivatives, and digital asset liquidity products.

You will interface with Ripple's internal trading desk, source and manage institutional clients, and drive pricing, risk and client onboarding to deliver consistent revenue growth in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in institutional sales or trading-adjacent roles in FX/crypto liquidity
• Active network across institutional FX desks, digital asset funds, banks in Middle East
• Proven track record owning revenue and meeting targets
• Self-starter capable of building a territory from scratch
• Strong understanding of OTC market mechanics and FX settlement workflows

Responsibilities

• Build and own the regional OTC pipeline in the Middle East.
• Drive full sales cycle from outreach to close, exceeding quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with Ripple's trading desk to translate client needs into executable trades.
