Qualifications

• Excellent English communication; Hindi fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop menus featuring authentic Indian dishes.
• Train, supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production.
• Control food costs by maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
