We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef for our Sharjah kitchen. You will create and execute authentic Indian dishes, following our menu, while ensuring quality, timing, and presentation. You will train junior staff and help maintain kitchen standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Indian Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine, techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare authentic Indian dishes according to the menu.
• Ensure timely preparation and consistent presentation of all dishes.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper techniques and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen environment.
